We are your hosts, an all-volunteer group of business owners and operators, stewards of public lands, and volunteers, eager to share wonderful adventures, just south of Crater Lake National Park.
The can-do spirit of our happy coalition has forged mutual support for showing visitors and residents the wealth of opportunities available in this tiny area. Through visits to this website and the annual distribution of a colorful rack card and our publication, Crater Lake’s Backyard, our story has reached people in every state and many countries.
In 2004, Travel Oregon chose us to receive the Volunteer Achievement Award, for creation and production of the newspaper. We hope you’ll find all our information on the website and in the newspaper helpful in discovering exactly what makes this area and its people worthy of a long list of awards. A 2018 Klamath County Tourism Grant financed redesign of this website.
